Troubleshooting

If your charger can charging your watch, but failed to sync data, see the following solutions
Solution 1: For the device being connected to your PC at the first time
You need do go to Garmin website and download Garmin USB Drivers, then it will automatically open up when you plug your Garmin in.
Here is the link:
http://www.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=591

Solution 2: Have a look if the PC is seeing the Garmin at all - plug it into the USB port - go to "my computer" from the start button and see if the Garmin is there - it is an external storage device so it will be near external drives.
If it is there you can manually upload runs as files from the 'activities folder' on the Garmin to Garmin connect. (Go to the activities page in connect and in the top right corner is a button 'manual upload')
If you have a better solution, feel free to tell us.
